In today's episode we look at the new zoning ordinance that will change the landscape of Charlottesville for years to come. This will drastically change the way homes are bought and sold in the city and will hopefully make homes more affordable.

Residential Zoning in all of Charlottesville can now have up to 3 dwelling units on the property or 4 units if the original home remains. What do you think of the changes? Are you for or against Charlottesville changing these zoning rules?
