Stuart Worden is the Principal of the BRIT School, a free school for creative and performing arts.

Beginning his career as a theatre producer and writer, Stuart has for more than 25 years been the modest driving force behind one of the world's greatest creative talent incubators.

Alumni include Adele, Amy Winehouse, Jessie J, Cush Jumbo, Jovian Wade, Percy Ascott, Loyle Carner, Kate Nash, Black Midi, Tom Holland (aka Spiderman) and many other equally talented creatives who work behind the scenes of film, TV, digital arts and music.

Stuart has touched and propelled so many lives over the years.

He's a true hero leader in British creative and performing arts, doing what he does, comfortable in the wings while the spotlight shines bright on those lucky enough to pass through BRIT School's corridors.
