What if there was nothing wrong with you?
What if there was no problem to fix, or nothing to get rid of?
What if you knew that you are innately good enough and worthy but maybe there are just parts of you that need your loving attention?
How would that change things?
And how would it feel to know that you are not your behaviour? That sure, we all need to be accountable for our behaviour, but that our inherent worth isn’t based on what we do but who we are at the core of our being.
When we create enough space between the essence of who we truly are and our behaviour, then we can change, alchemise and transform our behaviours, habits, patterns etc. But if we’re identified with our behaviour, it’s hard to change anything because we’ll take everything personal.
