Today we talk about our principals/foundation and how we can strengthen it. With practice we can become better at what we do, in all aspects of our lives. Existence is a constant battle of positive vs negative forces, and we must be well prepared for that battle.

Today we dive deep into my thesis, we talked about several examples. We talk about what God's name means, we get into systems and how they work. We talk about the Buddha and some wisdom he passed along. Self improvement and education are key to a fruitful life.

On today's episode we are in the bunker visiting with a couple friends of the show, C and Los. We are in quarantine, and talking about everything from Corona, religion, history, philosophy. We are having some drinks, smoke and music. We also discussed breaking news as we get put on lockdown. *Language warning*

Today we talked about how we can use this time for a personal reboot (getting back on track). We cover several ways we can do that, also we talked a bit about federalism, the law, and a couple books I love. We went off in a couple tangents but got back on track.
