Trump’s EOs could not only expand U.S. commercial nuclear energy but also easily revolutionize commercial nuclear power.

The United States needs to overhaul how it fuels its reactors and manages that fuel once it is used.

Given the abject failure of the current system, this is exactly what is needed.
