Camilo goes  to the office to give this unscrupulous record producer a talking to. 

Camilo is going to complain to  this unfair  record producer who is telling all the radio station networks that they shouldn't play the record because it was self financed and  produced independently, so it leaves out the middle man: the producers and record companies. Instead he offers Camilo a very unfair record deal which ties them for several years with almost no gains.
