Today I have a little chat about how therapy has been so great for me and unfortunately how I've been put in a situation where i have to choose between my Mental Health...and possibly my career. I know i say this a lot, but I hope this episode reminds someone that you are the most valuable asset and you have to prioritize you healing and your health above all things!! Thanks for listening!
