In an attempt to do their freshman film studies professor justice, Corey and Liam take a look at the (almost) shot-for-shot remake of Alfred Hitchcock's PSYCHO. Is it a mere novelty? Are we glad that it exists? Do black and white movies truly suck? With the help of Vince Vaughn, all these questions - and many more - will be answered. (Note: The ambiguous wording of that last sentence may lead one to believe Vince Vaughn is in fact a guest on this episode. He is not.) Across the entire history of cinema one would be hard pressed to find a more frustrating missed opportunity than BOOK OF SHADOWS: BLAIR WITCH 2 (dir. Joe Berlinger). It's a bumpy ride. Well, this certainly was a shipwreck. SPEED 2: CRUISE CONTROL is a forgotten film with a reputation: to some, it is the worst sequel ever made. If only we had known that before choosing to watch this of our own volition. We'd all be better off to abandon ship... but hey, Willem Dafoe is great in this so it's not a total loss.

Talk about a recurring nightmare! This week, Liam and Corey crack into a classic horror reboot that doesn't quite blur the lines between igniting new life in an old series and the fantastical terror of the original films. Even as the years roll by, one thing we know for sure is that Freddy's going to keep coming for us whether we like it or not.

Once again, gambling on continuing a beloved story pays off on TMAO as Corey and Liam discuss William Peter Blatty's exceptional THE EXORCIST III (1990). Ignoring the middle film, Blatty's second directorial effort is masterful, pairing a perfect script with stunning visuals and powerhouse performances from George C. Scott and co. Maybe not all franchises are doomed to the afterlife after all, and fantastic cinema can emerge from the great beyond...

Follow Corey and Liam on a journey to Jupiter as they discuss the Peter Hyams-directed sequel to Stanley Kubrick's monumental cinematic achievement, 2001: A Space Odyssey. Rooted in the political throes of the Cold War era, Hyams' 2010: The Year We Make Contact finds unique and notably human ways to stand tall beside the monolith that is its predecessor.

AIR BUD: SEVENTH INNING FETCH (dir. Robert Vince, 2002) is more than meets the eye. On the one hand, it's a charming and well-constructed (and self-aware) family film where everyone learns a little something and a golden retriever plays first base. On the other, Liam and Corey uncover a dark secret about this film and the Air Bud franchise as a whole which threatens their understanding of reality itself. It's a wild ride, folks.

On the debut episode of They Made Another One?!, Liam and Corey discuss the direct-to-video HELLRAISER: INFERNO, directed by Doctor Strange alum Scott Derrickson. Is it a cheap mess? Is it crushingly dull? Is it inching towards greatness?
