Yesterday, there was outrage among the family members of the Dolphins after their game was moved to Sydney.

Broncos CEO Dave Donaghy told Gary Hardgrave on 4BC Drive, "We pride ourselves on being a family club, and that's what we're preaching, we're best practice it as well."

"We've tried to overcommunicate with our families and ensure they're aware of what they need to do beforehand. The preparation that needs to go into it, but also that they've got the key contact numbers in the event of a real emergency."

"Understanding that they've got the support of the club...So I just want to make sure that they know that whilst their loved ones are down in Sydney, playing their trade that they're not alone," Mr Donaghy continued.
