After five decades of watching technology transform our lives, businesses reinvent themselves, and humanity find increasingly creative ways to complicate just about everything, I’ve developed a habit.
I think. A lot.
And I’ve accumulated a few opinions along the way.
In this inaugural episode of Thierry’s Weekly Brain Dump, I introduce the slightly dangerous idea behind this podcast: questioning the obvious, challenging conventional wisdom, and trying to make sense of a world where technological progress doesn’t always translate into human progress.
From the early days of computing to artificial intelligence, from corporate boardrooms to the absurdities of modern society, I’ve witnessed enough revolutions to know that the next big thing isn’t always what it claims to be.
This isn’t another technology podcast. It’s not a political soapbox, either. It’s an invitation to think critically, laugh at our collective contradictions, and occasionally ask the questions nobody seems particularly interested in answering.
No sacred cows. No ideological loyalty. And absolutely no guarantee that I’ll agree with myself next week.
Welcome to my brain. You’ve been warned.
