Yup. As the title says.

Here are some intense revelations from my week on the West Highland Way. I wanted to record more on the road, but couldn't do so because I had to save my phone battery for emergencies.

I talk about all It be things wrong with my new house, why I hate it, and how I choose to love it anyway. I also talk about the effects of a poverty mindset and how optimism makes my life better. I'd love to be more of an optimist.

I recollect the many events that happened today, including sitting down with my line manager after expressing the intention to quit and moving to a new house. Also, counselling and seeking professional help is great. Free health insurance is also great.

Which is simple, yet so difficult to reach. And I want to quit my job, but that's only the surface of the problem.

I speak about what is the most important things in life. And it's definitely not having fancy gear.

I try to recap all the amazing things that I'm experiencing, primarily to make you jealous. But you can be not jealous and instead visit the park yourself! It's absolutely amazing.

I tell you about the 3 things I will buy, and the 8 things I will stop buying. But this episode is mostly a rant about not knowing how to follow or organize recipes. Meh.

I talk about the competing desires inside of me, and the struggle to find a balance of spending my precious life on one desire or the other.
