Have you been fired or have you quit for not being vaccinated. Countless employers nationwide are firing or modifying employment status of those who will not get vaccinated. Plus some employees are leaving rather than get vaccinated. If you are one of those affected, how do you navigate the implications to best ensure that a lack of being vaccinated affects not only your last job, but your future employment opportunities as well?
Overall, your objective should be to minimize potential damage by discussing – ideally at the time of your exit interview before leaving your last employer – how they will respond when contacted by potential new employers.
4 key questions to discuss with the employer:
In this special episode, Jim Stroud speaks with Jeff Shane - President of Allison & Taylor. Together they discuss the above questions, the latest Supreme Court ruling on President Biden's mandates and other things job seekers should be considering. Among them: Are potential new employers allowed to ask your former employer if you were terminated due to your refusal to be vaccinated?

THE JIM STROUD SHOW - In this episode of The Jim Stroud Show, Jim opines on race relations and argues against the narrative that America is inherently racist. He supports his claim with data on the rates of interracial marriages, interracial relationships and interracial adoption. Simply put, if Americans can love people of different races and such an association is not taboo then, how can America be a racist nation? Jim shares his thoughts and asks the viewer to decide for themselves.

THE JIM STROUD SHOW - Groupthink is a dangerous thing. What happens when no one is allowed to challenge an idea or the person who proposed it? What happens when inconvenient facts disrupt an established narrative? Well, you get tyrants - especially when said tyrants exist simultaneously in the world of healthcare, media and politics. In this episode, Jim Stroud opines on why we should always be open to debating science with data and not simply accept uncontested leadership. Plus, Jim discusses the state of Covid-19 with the most cited physician in the world on the early treatment of Covid-19 - Dr. Peter McCullough. You do NOT want to miss this.

THE JIM STROUD SHOW - The American people have become so hyper-polarized that some find it impossible to be friends, date or work with someone of a different political perspective. Is that a good thing? Whatever happened to debating ideas and parting as friends, despite neither party changing their minds? In this episode Jim shares data on why people rarely change their minds, even when presented with new data.
Plus, Jim interviews Seth Radwell, author of "American Schism" and discovers that the political divide in America has been round since its founding. Afterwards, Jim chats with "The Bass Sisters" about how politics seems to be replacing religion in our modern day culture.

In this episode of "The Jim Stroud Show," I take issue with Voter ID laws being racist and the hoopla surrounding GA House Bill 531 which Democrats see as an attack on our democracy while Republicans view it as a common sense effort to fight voter fraud. I had a very casual conversation today with Dr. Linda Laird about the mask bullying which is all too common these days. I knew about this phenomenon but not how people were using masks as a safety blanket against society. Interesting. Tune in to see what I mean.

The holidays are supposed to be festive but so many people get depressed around this time. Sometimes the source of the anxiety is not recognizing the innate beauty within all of us and gives life its true meaning. Too many people base their success on what they see in social media despite the struggles of many to project a fake persona. If people take the time to realize life's simple pleasures, they could find the key to true happiness. This was how my conversation with Father Maurice Nkem Emelu started yet, it did not end there. We traveled down a long philosophical road on gauging art and how to truly appreciate beauty.
If one looks at a beautiful picture and does not appreciate it, is that the fault of the artist or the observer? Can one recognize beauty in art if there is nothing within themselves to connect with it? And why do we strive to be beautiful to everyone when everyone cannot appreciate our uniqueness? And how do all of these concerns affect our relationship with God?
Yes, this episode was deep. Hopefully, you can hear the beauty of its expression. Tune in to find out.
