No matter how old I get, I ain't eating no dang celery. Why you ask? On account the texture makes me gag. A hair in my food also makes me gag. And when I eat a green bean, and it has that short piece of the stem on the bean pod, I will gag. That said, our (my) taste of food has changed considerably as I have aged. Many years ago I would not touch; strawberries, onions, mushrooms, cucumber, or tomatoes. No way in hell would I eat those things, but today I love em'.
