We  are always developing and it begins at conception which is the true meaning of birth.  You are not born at the time you are removed from the mothers womb,  and every individual has a right to choose as they believe the stage of development of the child in the womb should be registered and then registered again upon entering the world with a certificate of citizenship of the State and nation.  The other topic is congratulation on Joe Biden being picked as Democratic nomination a the 2020 convention making it official.
