Being a real estate agent means you often answer the same questions over and over. Or you do the same things you don't really enjoy over and over. But try to look at it positively. These are things you GET to do because you have clients! Try to create systems for these repetitive tasks so they become easier and create content you can leverage that shows you are prepared.
