Some real estate agents might say that they market and sell “houses” or “homes”. I’d argue that that answer isn’t good enough. What you're selling is a lifestyle. Taking their hopes and dreams and where they see themselves in the future and turning that into a reality. The buyer may say that they want a certain style of house with X beds, X baths, etc. As a top real estate agent you know what they’re actually looking for is a certain lifestyle. It’s your job to dig deeper and figure out what that is.
