  • What’s Your Plan; Scoreboard
And the reality of it is successful people get a head with the time others waste. As you maximize your time and continue to get further a head the price rises and as that price rises many ppl don’t want to pay what it cost to get to the next level but the alternative is the price you pay by limiting your own success and not living into your own potential

  • What’s your plan II
Many leave their goals and dreams as ideas then get frustrated by their lack of progress.... This relates back to part 1 67% of people have goals 10% of people have plans, 2% of people will execute those plans.... understanding those statistics should force you to do some self reflection..... what percent are you? This should also alleviate some of your frustrations when ppl don’t follow through or create plans..... most Dont! And that’s why most wont succeed. #ThinkAboutIt

  • What’s your plan?
I was reading a study and it said 67% of people have goals, 10% of people have plans on how to achieve those goals and only 2% of people will actuallytake consistent action on those plans... makes me wonder who are the 1%ers? What did they do different? Or were their goals just that much bigger? #ThinkAboutIt

  • The Process- Kobe
The problem or challenge is if those daily and weekly goals are not leading to qtrly, annually, or life time visions at some point you start to feel burnout. Not Bc you are not doing solid stuff but you can never win.... Bc there will always be another goal.... as long as you have another day/week. It’s similar to defining a dollar amount as success; there always be more money out there....

  • Givers & Takers
Building others is teaching, coaching, and developing them to be able to fish on their own. Bc many times givers create larger takers not Bc they want the individual to take more, but Bc our actions allow them to take more. So as you finish the week think about yourself and are you taking more than you are giving? Think about it at work, think about it at home, think about it with your friends, family, girlfriend boyfriend, husband wife, church....... what can you get better at? #ThinkAboutIt

  • Life... You are in control
Our life and our current positions more times than not are a result of our thought process, our choices, and our actions. If you don’t like where you are change your thinking/thought process and actions: Keeping in mind how you prioritize your values. If you continue to act and do what you have always done you will net what you always have

  • Work•Life Balance
So in short or in summary you control what your work life balance is and if you are making the decision to allow others or the wind to dictate your direction stop getting upset with your boss, with your leader, with your company and start asking yourself when will you start accepting responsibility for you and what you want and what makes you happy?

  • I’m giving you clarity; you seem confused #ThinkAboutIt
There is an exception on that list....change- change isn’t hard- it’s the resistance to change that makes it hard or challenging. We get stuck in these comfort Zones and resist change and that creates unnecessary struggles. Let me provide clarity..... when I say comfort zone it’s not always that what you are doing is easy... but rather you have adjusted to an act, behavior, or system and now accepted that as your way of doing things. So you can be productive, you can be influential.... you name the term but one thing that is consistent is change and if you are unwilling to adapt or make necessary changes you will risk falling behind or being asked to find something else to do....

  • Happy New Year.... You
I also want to be clear that when I say doing what you want to be doing and doing what makes you happy you have to understand that happiness and growth are connected and 99% of growth requires stretching, pain, setback, learning new skills, reflecting, and understanding where you can add value. Is this your year? #ThinkAboutIt
