Alternatively, she invites daytime listeners to close their eyes and with great detail, visualize in their mind's eye being at the foot of our merciful Heavenly Father’s glorious throne --- that eternal place that is even more real than this temporary planet we are inhabiting only for a little while. 

To help you set your mind on things above, the first 15 minutes or so of this podcast is composed of some practical information, followed by the simple reading of some Bible verses that Christians often find the most comforting since God's truths are the only real foundation for genuine peace.
