In this class, we discuss grief and consolation from the perspective of the mourner. Is mourning appropriate? What is the Jewish process of mourning? 

We Also discussed different ideas that can help us deal with the pain and grief over the loss of a loved one, and we also discussed some causes of chronic mourning. Finally, we ended with a discussion of the appropriate way to console a mourner.
