What you think about is what you perceive and interpret about the world and the people around you.

When your thoughts sway more towards the negative 

that creates an unpleasant and undesirable reality, but when you sway your thoughts more towards the positive 

then you create a more pleasant and desirable reality.

So let's change your thoughts.

  1. How aware are you of your thoughts?
  2. What thought do you frequently dwell on?
  3. Do you believe every thought you have?
  4. Which thoughts do you buy into and which ones do you not?
  5. Do your thoughts control you?
