 Sometimes the negative perception of God comes from the negative words and actions of those who live the with-God life.  Sometimes people blame God for difficult circumstances.  It makes sense that this is a key piece of negativity in our culture. 

The truth is . . . 

God wants good for each one of us--a truth that needs to be told.  

Because.  Knowing God is good changes everything.

In this 37th episode Joshua admitted he ordered coffee to drink yesterday!   Kerrie thought it was good news.  They talked about being a witness of God's activity in the moment. 

God gives us energy to take care of what needs to be done.  But.  We can get so busy that we miss what God is doing in the moment.

One of our greatest responsibilities in this world is be a witness to who God is and what God is doing--it's always so much more than most would ever think, let alone imagine--a motivation to keep hope alive.

*Our challenge today and this week is to take time to stop, take a breath, look where God is at work, and encourage others by telling what is seen.

The thing is . . . circumstances often press against God's gift of peace and hope . . . giving way to pressure and stress, impacting the way life is managed. 

*Winning the battle begins with thinking on God's good work being done on our behalf.

In this 35th episode Joshua tells about one of his favorite adventures on the weekend.    Kerrie is surprised by his discovery.  The conversation moved to focusing on healing as part of the "more" of God. 

When we know God wants more for us in the real and raw of life, unexplainable peace reaches deep into the soul, which brings freedom and ultimately produces healing.

It's amazing to have peace in a painful time of life.  

Peace is the ultimate healing in the big and small details of the hard of life.  

There’s healing from the wounds of the world

when we step into the presence of the Healer.

 *At the end of the day, we can have confidence that God will heal us from the hurt and pain of this world.
