Thinking about writing a children's book?
I know a fair number of people who've thought of writing a children's book, and recently one of them just up and did it. She is Ming Tan, the current Managing Director of IPOS International (part of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore) -- also one of the smartest women I know! She embarked on this book project, "Near and Far", with no formal experience writing children's books and was motivated only by the desire to engage her own kids during the Covid-19 lockdown in Singapore. Ming believes anyone can do it as long as you get a few things right. All the advice you need is in this episode!
"Near and Far" is now available via a fundraiser for New Life Stories, a charity working to bridge the physical distance between incarcerated mums and their kids.
