In our third show Paul talks to Dorset County Council's Peter Speroni about how the town of Weymouth on the south coast of England is planning to cope with the influx of an extra 60,000 visitors a day as it plays host to the 2012 Olympic sailing events, chats with Thinking Highways' editor-in-chief Kevin Borras about the hot-off-the-press June/July issue of the Europe/Rest of the World edition which, unsurprsingly, features a number of Olympic-related articles (one by the aforementioned Speroni) and finishes by catching up with ITS software development specialist Matt Jones. Matt is currently working on a project to introduce a new smart ticketing system for London but Thinking Aloud is more interested (on this occasion) in his previous life as a BBC Radio 4 announcer.
