On my last show I mentioned that we would be talking about "counting your blessings" however, I felt it in my spirit to talk about the creation of boundaries. Boundaries are essential for a successful, happy life. It is safe to say that we will not get anywhere near our goals and our own mental health by people pleasing. You also need to distinguish who the emotional vampires are within your life and how to make your boundaries clear to these people. 

Few highlights from this podcast;

Clearly express when you feel overwhelmed, ignored or unheard. 

Communicate that you are there for them but you are also prioritising yourself at this time in your life. 

Let your friends, employers and family know that you have your own personal goals and dreams you are working towards
