Peach Bellini Recipe:

1 cup frozen peaches

1 cup peach juice or nectar

1 cup sparkling apple cider or champagne

Blend the peaches and juice together

Pour in glass

Add the cider or champagne on top

Amaretto (optional)

Directions:

Start with a squirt of lime juice in your glass or mug Muddle two fresh strawberries at the bottom

Fill the glass with ice

Fill to top with Ginger Beer

If you want to turn this into an Italian Strawberry Mule, add a shot of Amaretto
