"Quit and stay" is when you complain all day about your job but won't act to make it better or decide to move on. That's a really big trend in churches right now too. 
Swebb has some solutions and can even get you a job. But whatever you do, suck it up and move on.

A new season!
We do seasons more for us than for you and if you're a regular listener you can see we don't break between seasons. But seasons allow us to make shifts in programming, drive toward certain goals, or simply help us not get bored with something.
