I really had a fun time coming up with the naming of the episode. Other working titles included: "Cast on a Hot Tin Roof", "The Podcast Cometh", "Hand to Pod", "The Importance of Being Third Best", "Waiting for Sponsor", and "True Third Best". That last one wouldn't have worked because not too many people know of Sam Shepard's classic, 'True West', but they should.
