Lauren holds a Master's Degree in Development Studies with a focus on Political Economics and Women's Studies from SOAS, University of London. She has worked extensively with the United Nations in the Middle East, focusing on empowering refugees and marginalized groups. Her experience spans international NGOs and humanitarian work, where she is dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency and addressing crises that impact women and girls.

Today I sit with Linh and we talk about her upbringing with two North Vietnamese parents in Germany, living in Utah with a Mormon family, and the difference of cultures in Germany.

We also talk about finding identity without a community, unique work experiences, and hypnotism.

Linh is a multi disciplinary artist who's dedicated her life to connect humans to humans and to themselves. She is a chef, yoga teacher, hypnosis coach and loves the art of storytelling. 

A firm believer that life should be fully lived and experienced with all it's sunny shapes and dark shades, she encourages everybody to step out of their comfort zone because life is short.

John McCombs has been performing stand up comedy since January of 2010 when he went onstage at a biker bar in downtown Champaign, IL and has been going strong ever since. He has performed up and down the East Coast from North Carolina to New York and even overseas in Europe. He draws on his military experience to connect with audiences and scare down would-be hecklers.
