In an interview with Matthew McConaughey he was talking about adventures he has had in his life, and how whenever we are faced with something "risky", meaning out of our comfort zone, there are 3 possible outcomes.

And when you look back on your life, You can either know what happened, or wonder what could have happened…

My friend Mark Gai invited me to his Improv class… I have not had so much fun learning in a really long time.

How can you be someone's lighthouse? 

The whole point of a lighthouse is to stand there, tall and put its light out saying, warning. There's danger here. 

We have all been through experiences that have been difficult for us, some of us more than one or two.

Let us all be a lighthouse and keep people from the dangers we know lurk there.

This morning in Daytona Beach my 12 year old came in at 6:30 and asked if we could go watch the sunrise. 

He & I went down and watched the sunrise over the ocean from our hotel. It was magnificent.

I really wanted to share that moment with you and how grateful it made me feel.

At Daytona beach with the family and as my son & I were getting in the cold Atlantic water, it reminded me very much of goal setting and taking action with our Quest…

I bought a lottery ticket today…  

I usually define a lottery as "a tax on people who are bad at math" since the likelyhood of actually winning is so small…  however… when it gets over a billion dollars, I think $2 is worth it for the entertainment value alone..
