We are so glad you're here practicing self-care by listening to our episode (if we had to guess, you're doing it while taking a bubble bath and drinking a cup of tea)! Or maybe you're tired of hearing the term "self-care" and other buzzwords that seem to have our culture in a chokehold. Tune into this episode to explore the impact that words like gaslight, narcissist, psycho/crazy, and more have on our society and mental health in general.

The Vampire Diaries is one of our favorite shows, and today Natalie and Camille sit down to analyze the characters actions and upbringings, conceptualize the way they show up throughout the course of the seasons, and provide a breakdown on what diagnoses we would consider for each character. You don't want to miss this episode because it is JAM PACKED with clinical topics such as: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Moral Scrupulosity, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Substance Use Disorders, Eating Disorders, Narcissism, Antisocial Personality Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD).

This week, Natalie and Camille sit down to discuss Reality TV Dating Shows (Love Island, Love is Blind, Too Hot to Handle). Tune in for some subpar British accents and discussion about the implications these shows have on our society at large (e.g. toxic masculinity, gender roles/stereotypes, sexism, racism, and more). No specific people or scenes are discussed in this episode because ethically that's icky - these are real people, folks!
