Some of the things we talk about:

- Jim’s perfect timing on the sermon.

- Adam has a different take on the footprints poem.

- Trials show us things we are doing that we shouldn’t be and things we should be doing that we aren’t. Both areas are sins.

- Don’t worry about being perfect. Accept that you are not going to be perfect and then let God expose your sins and refine you.

- God exposes our sin for us to get rid of, not to be ashamed of.

- The refinement process takes multiple times through the fire.

- Sometimes, we compromise on sin issues because we view them as a spectrum and not a yes or no issue.
