What else is more typical of Gen Z than the fear of missing out? I could name a bunch but you get the point... In this episode, I talk about the concept of vulnerability and my struggles with it, and also share my personal experience with FOMO, especially in my period of wait, at the "peak of my adolescence", and how that has affected me. After going through the near-traumatic experience of almost losing a parent, I decided to sit down and rant on the many thoughts that flooded my mind, the actions I took, and the mindset I've chosen to assimilate regarding what happened. Come listen to me go in depth to put in words my relationship with my mom, and how I'm planning on improving it. Hope you gain even just a little from this.
