A community is a group of people that share a common goal, vision, belief, circumstance, or occurrence that unites them. The best communities are supportive, encouraging, and unified. However with the prevalence of COVID-19 and new protocols, procedures, and restrictions  in place to keep people healthy, it's easy to feel more disconnected and lonely than ever.

That's why this week's Intention of the Week is so important! Either we belong to a community that could use some creative TLC or we're feeling isolated and we need to take the action steps to connect ourselves with a new community!

Depending on the situation, you may either roll your eyes or perk up and sit a little taller when the prospect of something new comes your way.

“New beginnings” could mean it’s a total fresh start and there’s no looking back on your way to a brand new life, vision, or goal. For others, it could be the daunting prospect of leaving behind the familiar and wading into the unknown (try not to get Frozen 2 stuck in your head lol).

This week, what if we take every day as a fresh start and a “New Beginning,” culminating what we learned from the past and use it as a guiding force or tool on the way to your ideal future?
