Mastery is our destiny and denying it only brings disappointment, anger and frustration as well as depression and anxiety
It is more of a path than a destination – it's all about the journey. It's an orientation and a commitment to never-ending improvement, a process of becoming – of transcending the ego to become the highest version of self that is available to us in this lifetime
