I recently came across a deleted scene from Star Wars Revenge of the Sith between Yoda and Palpatine which had a ton more fight scenes and choreography/lightsaber duels than we saw in the final cut from George Lucas and Lucasfilm.

Revenge of the Sith is my favorite Star Wars film after Return of the Jedi. I think Anakin Skywalker's arc shifting into his life as Darth Vader is compelling and a long time coming. His final duel with Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar is one that I will never forget seeing in theatres.
