Kara Watson is not just a dedicated Berkley Schools employee, she is a dedicated Berkley Schools parent. Derek Samuelson has worked in six schools and has taught 14 subjects over the last 13 years. With each school and each subject, Derek has collected all sorts of wisdom about what makes a great school. A self-proclaimed “history and political science dork,” Derek’s book choices reflect his love of the social sciences and his eagerness to reach all of his students.
