Bio:

Justin works in investment banking and financing of mergers and acquisitions and particularly he specializes in capital markets transactions and working with technology in the life and health sciences sector.


He is Non-Executive Director of EonX (CSE:EONX), a financial technology company, Non-Executive Chairman of Blackhawk Growth Corp (CSE:BLR), an investment issuer and Non-Executive Director and Chairman of SPARC AI (CSE:SPAI), an engineering company commercializing covert geospatial location and tracking technology for drones.


Justin is Co-Founder and CEO of Hardenbrook Group, a merchant and investment bank and Co-founder and CEO of MindBio Therapeutics (CSE:MBIO), a clinical stage pharma developing psychedelic microdosing formulations to treat depression and is currently dosing in multiple Phase 2B clinical trials.
