In this episode, I share my feelings on being fully present. Being fully present allows us to tap in more deeply with ourselves as divine beings. It keeps us connected to our Source (Spirit, God, Universe). Presence is connection, distraction is disconnection. Constantly projecting ourselves into the future and preparing ourselves for what’s to come keeps us disconnected and disassociated from ourselves & what’s happening in the presence. This is a message for Escape Artist… those of us who run from our problems with various means (drugs, alcohol, sex, etc) Those of us who are creating more long term damage because we want short term pleasure to escape the heaviness of our realities.
