Willingness To Keep Growing in Knowledge of Truth

Rev. 3:14-22 Lukewarm = stagnant, not moving, just sits still, not moving. Being content. Pride of self and self/false knowledge. Not growing in knowledge of the real truth and acceptance of that truth.

Hosea 4:6-7 Jesus rejects those who reject knowledge. Vomited out, rejected.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 1:29 Because they hated wisdom/knowledge and did not choose the Word of Jesus,

Proverbs 2:6 For the Lord gives wisdom; from his presence/mouth come knowledge and understanding;

Proverbs 12:1 Whoever loves instruction/discipline loves sense/knowledge, but he who hates correction/reproof is stupid (a fool).

Proverbs 15:14 The mind of the intelligent seeks discretion/knowledge, But the mouth of uninstructed/fools will experience calamities/destruction.

Proverbs 18:15 A sensible man/intelligent heart acquires/purchases discretion/knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks understanding/knowledge.

2 Corinthians 8:7 But as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all earnestness, and in our love for you—see that you excel in this act of grace also.

Colossians 2:2-3 That their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God's mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

1 Thes. 5:21 Prove all things

1 Timothy 2:4 Who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

2 Peter 1:5-6 For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, thereby self control.

Rev.13:18 Understanding 666 takes wisdom, knowledge and understanding. It takes looking at and knowing the Greek words. It takes study, not just reading. It also takes spiritual understanding/thinking.
