Hello All! I hope you all are safe. This podcast was unplanned. I don’t have any intro or outro music. It was recorded on my iphone. Nothing fancy or well produced at all and this is probably the most real I’ve ever gotten on here! This is a raw podcast full of emotion and just a peek into what I’ve been dealing with as of lately. I appreciate every one of you for your thoughts and prayers. Whew! It's day "WhoTheHellKnows" of this Covid quarantine. How are you guys feeling?! I just wanted to check in and you give you all some positive and encouraging words during this weird time. I hope you all are taking the proper precautions to staying safe and healthy!!! Your safety is more important than any partying that you wish to do! Remember that!

It's a new year, a new season of This GotZamn Podcast and a BRAND NEW episode. I'm excited to be back! As much as I enjoyed my small break, I'm ready to get back into having open dialogue about the things on my mind and heart.
In this episode, I wanted to dive into a few things that were on my mind heavily these past few weeks. I dive into topics on Kobe Bryant, Gayle King, Roddy Rich vs. Justin Bieber, and Jaoquin Phoenix (at the BAFTA Awards. Not the Oscars. Excuse me.) In this episode I speak with my cousin as we dive into the unspoken truths of single motherhood. I myself do not have any children, but I understand and can only imagine the hardships behind the strength. It takes a special woman to not make the baby alone, but have to raise it alone. It’s just not fair. To all the single mothers, be gentle with yourself; your best is all that you can do. To those who know single mothers, be gentle with them and show compassion towards them. Reach out and offer them help every once in a while. It doesn't take much to be supportive. I hope you all, whether you are a single mom or a supporter, listen to my cousin's story and find healing and a sense of community within this podcast as we unpack some single parenting baggage.
