Today’s episode is so different than anything else I’ve ever uploaded. It’s uncomfortable, it’s political, and it’s all about checking all of our PRIVILEGES at the door.

If you’re not a POC here’s what you can do:

• Acknowledge that racism is wrong.
• Accept that you may have had a hand in it.
• Act. Don’t let this shit keep happening, period.
