We speak to Eileen Bennett CEO of Horses Connect about their fascinating project that works with horses to provide therapy to people from all walks of like and also to provide assistance in team-building to groups of people from across the community.

They also often get experienced riders who have lost their mojo for one reason or another and have given up riding - but still have the passion for it. They use a mixture of mindfulness and gentle horse time to literally get them back on the horse and reconnect with the joy that they once got from it.

They work by appointment only and you can find out more at http://horsesconnect.com/ or https://www.facebook.com/horsesconnect
