Key Points

1) Whose will is really at work in your relationships? Jesus wrestled with “Not my will, but Yours be done” — how does this tension show up in your own life and relationships (with family, friends, dating, marriage, etc.)? What does it look like when your will takes the lead instead of God’s?

2) How does the Lord’s prayer shape your vision for healthy relationships? The Lord’s Prayer isn’t just about prayer—it’s a framework for doing life with God and others. Which part of the prayer challenges your current approach to relationships the most, and why?

3) What does “daily bread” look like in your life right now? Jesus teaches us to pray for “daily bread” — not just provision, but daily power to live out His will. What do you need God’s strength for today (e.g., patience, humility, courage, forgiveness)? Are you asking Him for it?

4) Why is forgiveness foundational, not optional? Forgiveness isn’t a one-time event, it’s a daily discipline empowered by God. What makes forgiveness difficult for you? Who might God be asking you to forgive—again?

5) Jesus didn’t just give a script—He gave a way of life: “This is how we do it.” What part of Jesus’ example (from His prayer, His relationships, or His surrender in the garden) most challenges or inspires you right now?
