A very special episode today because I have my BEST FRIEND here with me! Nele is from Austria and is also an advocate for all things self-love and self-care. We share our thoughts on today's world and the importance of finding yourself, or what she calls your "inner peace".

A heads up: the first part of the episode has been rerecorded as we lost the original file :( which is sad because we had recorded it by the river in the sunshine outside in the park!
