I usually give a very detailed description of each episode. Today, I want to say that you should actually listen to this one and hear why, after multiple years, I am closing the door.
God is so good, and it is so important to be obedient to the Lord.

This is really a pulling‑back‑the‑curtains moment as I speak calmly, softly (yes, the audio isn’t perfect), and directly to the momma I know the Lord is going to put this in front of.
In this episode, I share my heart after attending Crowns Down, an incredible event hosted by the Consumed Coaching Community with Founder Francine and Co‑Founder Reagan Ivey. I didn’t plan on recording this, but the Lord kept nudging me—reminding me that obedience in every step matters.
At Crowns Down, I experienced so much: 👑 Laying down my crown and surrendering my own plans. 🔥 An encounter with the Lord while in the thick of motherhood, which deeply encouraged me. 🌱 Seeing Him begin to grow and break things in my bloodline for His glory. 🤝 And meeting mentors who poured truth and vision into me.
I pray this encourages you to say yes to God, even when it feels small, unplanned, or inconvenient—because He is always faithful.

What happens when you stop just talking about faith and actually live it out—even when life feels uncertain?
In this episode, I’m joined by Sara Bordeaux, a woman whose journey is a powerful reminder that Jesus is always working behind the scenes, even in the hardest seasons.
Sara shares how she saw God move early in her life—after her parents' divorce at just 15 years old and having to transfer schools halfway through high school. In the midst of the heartbreak and change, God's faithfulness was undeniable.
Later in life, after burning out in a corporate HR role, God led her into entrepreneurship—something she never imagined, but has fully embraced through faith. And in that obedience, He didn’t leave her alone. He surrounded her with a supportive group of faith-filled women from her church that helped her stay grounded and encouraged.
We dive into: ✝️ How hardship early on built unshakable trust in God 💼 Leaving burnout behind to step into God’s calling as an entrepreneur 🙌 The power of community when walking in faith 🔥 Staying faithful when the path doesn’t make sense, but God keeps showing up
If you’re feeling stretched, uncertain, or wondering if your steps of faith are really making a difference—this conversation will stir your spirit and remind you: God honors obedience, and He walks every step with you.

Sometimes, the biggest thing standing in our way... is us.
In this bold and truth-filled episode, I’m joined by Ashten Jones—an entrepreneur, woman of God, and founder of Redefined, a business dedicated to helping people redefine their relationship with Christ.

That phrase became a daily challenge to silence the flesh and follow the Spirit—and it’s transformed every area of her life.
We talk about: 🔥 How dying to the flesh leads to freedom 📖 Why God’s Word is the only truth worth living by 💼 Building a business that glorifies God and changes lives 🙏 Trusting the Lord fully, even when your emotions try to lead
Ashten is on a mission to show others that God is faithful, His Word is real, and you can live in purpose and power—when you stop letting your flesh lead.

We live in a culture that glorifies hustle—but God never called us to run ourselves into the ground. He called us to walk in purpose, with Him at the center.
In this powerful episode, I’m joined by Vivian, a fellow podcaster who vulnerably shares her own experience of burnout and walking through a wilderness season. Through that challenging time, God revealed the difference between just striving for success and truly living for Him.
