What is a people pleaser? (Definition) A people pleaser is someone who tries hard to make others happy. They will often go out of their way to please someone, even if it means taking their own valuable time or resources away from them. We don't think being a people pleaser is a bad thing, we do however, think there are things that you do need to consider more for yourself and your own mental health before putting everyone first before putting yourself first! This episode is all about understanding how you show up, as the best version of you and understanding that even if you do take on other peoples emotions, want to stay out of conflict, that doesn't take away from the fact that you are a wonderfully complex and multifaceted person!
