🔥I wanted to get Alicia behind the mic for a while because she and I go  back to baby sheets in this thing we do. We have a lot more in common  than people realize.  No matter what SHE SAYS, I'm only 5 days older than her so there's no  generation gap there. We've had different experiences in life but have  still had similar experiences in terms of upbringing, friendships,  popular culture, maybe even past lives!  There's a gif (pronounced like Grow up it's Gif) going around that was  born from this episode . . . Totally not planned but it's on the  internet now . . .

 🔥 So I know this isn't a "scheduled" episode but in my time off I've  missed doing this so I decided this afternoon while working that I'd  speak briefly about my trip to Memphis and WHY I needed to take some  time off. Recently I've been burning the candle at both ends and it's  totally not a good thing no matter what field you're in.   Also, Memphis is a hell of a city and I enjoyed the heck out of it every  minute I was there. I'll miss it but I know I'll make my way back there  some day . . .

 🔥 This time around it's Sarah Jane the Furey on the cam with the hard  hitting stuff and things!  She's one of my closest friends and calls it how she sees it. I can  appreciate that kind of thing. Not everything is about being "on" and  taking time for yourself is super important in this industry! Folks out  there seem to think we just turn on and go . . . I assure you that's not  the full extent of it. Also, as a foreigner (to me) how do  interpersonal relationships differ culture to culture? Give this a  listen and hopefully you'll see.
