Peter Marinelli, the President of West End Traders Association, joined Jason Dasey on 4BC Drive to explain how petty criminals have been repeatedly targeting the inner city retail strip and wreaking havoc on small business owners.

Marinelli said the crime ranges from petty theft and king hitting to unwanted graffiti that Johnathan Sriranganathan, the former Councillor for the area, described as 'art'.
