In this episode, Rose and Connor sit down with main instructor and school owner JB Ramos of Combat Science, War Art of Asia. 

Established in 2003, Combat Science: Warrior Arts of Asia is a Filipino martial arts (Arnis/Kali/Eskrima) and combat based self-defense school located in Toronto, Canada.

Their aim is to foster and promote the study of FMA (Filipino Martial Arts: Arnis/Kali/Eskrima) in all its forms. By helping people expand and develop their skills in personal safety and self-defense techniques through Filipino Martial arts and culture.

In this season 2 finale, Rose and Connor discuss what it's like to work for people who don't have a clue what they are talking about. They discuss annoying supervisors that love to breathe down the backs of their employees. They also talk about annoying job interview questions that have NOTHING to do with the job or are just simply stupid.  This is a funny episode where Rose and Connor just relax and talk about their experiences. This episode had no guest, and was an episode that was decided on after talking to a security guard on a site and his supervisor walked in on our conversation with him. In this part 2 episode, we speak to a guard about his experience with Securtac Protection Services.  After a wonderful rating of 9.5/10, we got a second guard, Shawn, to give us his opinion on the company and his thoughts on the security industry as a whole. Check out our rating system every Wednesday as we break down your rating as to what companies are doing well and others, not so good. 

In this episode, Rose discusses the recent rating system with guard Ajmal from Securtac Protection Services. This episode was to highlight the great work that Securtac is doing and to get insight as to what guards working for the company thought of 9.5/10. Ajmal tells Rose some of the major differences he sees between Securtac and other larger companies, and why he gives Securtac so much praise. 

In this episode, Rose and Connor discuss bad co workers and how they ruin the work experience. They also talk about how management and people in supervisory positions don't do anything to help and make it better. Connor details a particular situation in which hygiene was an issue for a guard and how this messed up the work environment.  They break down the upcoming episode for next week, (which is the season finale) and talk about potential guests. In this episode, Rose and Connor talk to Jason Reid CEO of 
INNADAMICXS. Jason is an entrepreneur from Toronto who started out as a security guard and currently works as one part time. He was always interested in the industry but wanted to provide  a better way of making the work experience easier for guards.  Rose and Connor discuss with Jason the different ways he's looking to have his company stand out.  They also discuss armed security which Jason wants to get into. They break down the shooting that happened at a nightclub in Atlanta were a security guard is the accused. They also get into the rating system and talk about Canadian Protection Division and their 8.5/10 rating, which is the highest so far.
