When we talk about security, we usually only think of physical protection from an outside force. Or we think of cyber-security, where someone can face a threat online. Regardless of what we might think, we all die one day.  A lot of people have different belief systems, in this episode, Rose looks to tackle the issue of having people to start thinking about the most important kind of security. In this season finale, Rose and Conner have a conversation in which Conner details going back to his old condo sight where he worked to drop off a package. He describes seeing and talking to the same lady that treated him like crap (which he mentions in Episode 3, Condo Security Story) when he was working there. Conner makes sure to tell guards to never put up with any disrespect from the company or client and don't let your fear of losing your job get in the way because there are plenty of jobs in the security industry to go around. They also talk to a security guard that has only been in the country for just under a year and only ever had customer service experience. Rose and Conner get her take on what it's like as a newcomer to work in the industry and get her to describe the ups and downs of it.  They also get into some interesting information in which mention of an unusually expensive uniform price shocks Rose and Conner!

They speak about the Condor guard that won the 2020 ASIS Ralph Day Heroism Award and how the training at Condor helped prepare the guard to be ready in action.  Rose and Conner also asked Eric his thoughts on Condor being rated #1 on threebestrated.ca, a security site that rate the performance of top security guard companies in the province. In this episode, Rose and Conner detail a particular time when they worked security with a company that put them in danger! It was at a concert with more than 2500 audience members and it was a thrill! Conner gets into detail about how he didn't like his supervisor's attitude and how sometimes he felt that the pay wasn't enough for what he was being asked to do. This is episode 8 in this series.  

In this episode, Rose and Conner continue their talk on Military security and what's going on around the world. They discuss deeper what steps other nations are taking to combat Covid 19 and talk about how the average citizen is handling the pandemic. Conner continues his talk about his meetings with army generals and others in the Canadian Armed Forces. He also details the dislike he has for having to line up outside at the grocery store and the security guard that he felt wasn't doing a great job monitoring the line. Conner talks about how a lady suggested that he should run for Prime Minister and how he would love to give Trudeau a piece of his mind.  Conner's not happy and you can definitely hear it again lol!
